1 BED APARTMENTS

Room Layout All of our 1 Bedroom Apartments are around 60 square meters inside with an external balcony measuring 10 square meters. The apartments are suitable fo up to 2 guests and consist of a double bedroom with a 150cm double bed; a bathroom with a bath, tollet and shower; a kitchen area with a cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster; a lounge area with a sofa, armchair and Smart TV; and of course, the external balcony with its table and chairs.

Policies

These apartments are suitable for a maximum of 2 guests and at least one of them should be an adult. We have a limited number of childrens cots, high chairs and fold up beds which we can provide at an additional charge, subject to availability. As these are self catering apartments, they are cleaned before and after your stay free of charge. If you require additional cleans, then please let us know so that we can arrange them, but this will be at an additional charge.

Pricing and Other Charges

All of our apartments can be rented on a Fully Flexible, Non Refundable or Monthly basis with varying prices. A fully re- fundable €100 cash Damage Deposit is also required on arrival at MPV where you will be met by our local manager. Further instructions will be emailed to you about 1 week before your arrival. The pricing for our 1 bedroom apartments per night is based on a standard rate; the type of booking required, and the time of year. An indication of our seasonal prices for 2023 is: Low Season (Nov-March) €55.00 per night Mid Season (April- June and Sept-Oct) €70.00 per night High Season (July-August) €80.00 per night
