APARTMENT SALES - URGENT REVIEW Over the last few months MPV Rentals (Cyprus) Ltd has been in talks with Alpha Bank and Altamira Estates over the potential sale of re-possessed properties on Mazotos Panoramic Village. This includes a number of 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom and Penthouse Apartments. We are now at the stage in these discussions where we need to have a clear indication of the number of investors that might be interested in purchasing one or more of these properties. Although we cannot give you exact prices at this time the bank are prepared to offer considerable discounts on any such purchases. As all of these properties are re-possessed properties there is no VAT payable on them, and some of them have been used recently and in general good condition. We now need firm offers from any investors that might be interested. All purchases will be at a discounted price and should provide any investor with a good return on their investment either as a rental property or by re-selling on the retail market at a commercial price. MPV Rentals (Cyprus) Ltd will also be able to help with any rentals as we have had a successful rental scheme in operation on the site for the last 10 years.
