We are now at the stage in these discussions where we need to have a clear indication of the number of investors that might be interested in purchasing one or more of these properties. Although we cannot give you exact prices at this time the bank are prepared to offer considerable discounts on any such purchases. As all of these properties are re-possessed properties there is no VAT payable on them, and some of them have been used recently and are in general good condition. We now need firm offers from any investors that might be interested. All purchases will be at a discounted price and should provide any investor with a good return on their investment either as a rental property or by re-selling on the retail market at a good commercial price.
